GENERAL CONDITIONS
The process of a reservation on this web page, implies the expressed acceptance on the part of the client all the following the conditions. These are considered to be part of the reservation and are completed by the legal notice of this web site and the specific applicable legislation.

WITH THE RESERVATION THERE ARE INCLUDED
The services detailed according to the conditions of the reservation which automatically become effective in the same moment of the reservation. Touristic taxes of €3/guest/night (children under 16 years exempt)

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT
When the client makes the reservation is completely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information that provides. In case of an incorrectness, the guest may cancel of the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS (*)
Any cancellation of reservation or any modification received after 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, implies a charge equivalent to the amount of one night, including the rates and corresponding services, exempting the not refundable reservations. The modification of the date of a preconfirmed reservation, it is subjected to the hotel availability. Any change or cancellation must be made in writing, sent by e-mail and will take effect from the day of receipt by the establishment.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

• Check in time: 4:00 pm. For early check-in please ask at reception.
• Check out time: 12:00 pm. For late check-out please ask at reception.
• Outdoor parking is available free of charge. Indoor private parking is available at a cost of €16/night. Reservation required.
• Free access to the spa area, fitness area and indoor hydrotherapy pool from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

CONDITIONS ON CHILDREN AND ADULTS EXTRA BEDS

• Cots and extra beds are available on request and must be reconfirmed by the hotel.
• 1 child under 3 year(s) can be accommodated in a cot free of charge.
• 1 child from 3 to 17 years old can be accommodated for €52 per person per night in an extra bed.
• 1 child over 17 years old or adult can stay for €77 per person per night in an extra bed.
• Maximum number of extra beds in the room: 2 (depending on room type)
• Maximum number of cots in room: 2
