WITH THE RESERVATION THERE ARE INCLUDED
The services detailed according to the conditions of the reservation which automatically become effective in the same moment of the reservation. Touristic taxes of €3/guest/night (children under 16 years exempt)
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT
When the client makes the reservation is completely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information that provides. In case of an incorrectness, the guest may cancel of the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS (*)
Any cancellation of reservation or any modification received after 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, implies a charge equivalent to the amount of one night, including the rates and corresponding services, exempting the not refundable reservations. The modification of the date of a preconfirmed reservation, it is subjected to the hotel availability. Any change or cancellation must be made in writing, sent by e-mail and will take effect from the day of receipt by the establishment.
